Callander is the Gateway to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park, and there is such a lot to discover in this beautiful part of the country. Why not take a ride on the Sir Walter Scott steamship on Loch Katrine, and explore millais country, or hire a bicycle and travel the many numerous cycle route in and around Callander and the Trossachs.
Scotland is the land of mountains, lochs and historic Castles and Callander is ideally situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow with Stirling near by. With a good network of public transport its not hard to get around and visit all the attractions this area has to offer.
